This position will enable you to develop a good understanding of the business and organization and grow your skills in planning, negotiation, effective collaboration and communication. You will get deep knowledge of the safety of P&G goods, i.e., detergents, toothpaste, shampoos, electrical appliances, as well as local and EU regulations.

This job implies close cooperation with internal functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance. You will have real responsibilities from day one, reporting to an experienced manager and being supported by a personalized training program.

Responsibilities

As a Product Stewardship Registration Coordinator, you will:

  • Assure product conformity for several P&G product categories (Fabric & Home Care, Oral Care, Hair Care, etc.) available on the Russian market

  • Assess the regulatory acceptance of new products and collaborate with different functions like R&D, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure seamless market access

  • Define and execute a registration strategy to meet the timings of product launches

  • Order registration samples and request documents to prepare a Registration Dossier

  • Balance the challenge of reducing registration timings and costs while maintaining and improving internal and external processes

  • Develop partnerships with external stakeholders (e.g., certification bodies, labs) including regulatory authorities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary starting from 95 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

  • Scientific academic background, e.g., chemistry, biology, physics, math, pharmacology, medicine, or chemical engineering

  • A higher education diploma

  • Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)

  • Ability to operate with discipline and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Eligibility to work in Russia
