Outside Sales position

Position Description

ForeverLawn of the Carolinas in Raleigh, NC is looking to fill the position of Outside Sales for our synthetic turf company to include servicing Wake, Cumberland, and surrounding counties. As an Outside Salesperson, you are responsible to generate leads, manage leads and customers through the sales process, nurture relationship networking, and be an effective communicator both written and verbally. Sales range from small residential projects to $100,000+ commercial projects. This position shall review construction project documents and establish pricing/proposals for synthetic projects. The employee must be motivated and work well with others in a team environment and individually.

  • Comfortable selling premium (higher priced) products
  • Fluent with e-mail, Excel spreadsheets, and web based estimating systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
  • Ability to create monthly snapshot reports
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Willing to take ownership of process

Hours and Pay

  • Standard 40-hr workweek format with some flexibility in schedule.
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission on sales

Outside Sales Position *Base salary $35,000 paid by weekly direct deposit*

Commission

  • 5% on lead generated sales
    • A lead generated sales is defined but not limited to sales generated by: website, social media, marketing, trade show booth, company hand-off, incoming phone leads, referrals, company clients, specified product by architect.

7% of self generated sales

  • A self generated sale is defined as sales generated by: cold calls, networking, personal relationships or associations of sales consultants.

Every sale must fall within the company provided profit margin ranges to be eligible for commission.
