The Job You Will Perform :

• This role supports9 sites, throughout TN and KY, to include 240 PCs with a total number of devices supported of 662.

• Reports and works with a managerto provide technical support of client infrastructure and softwarefor assigned sites.This role willwork with facility manager or site contact to set priorities.

• Manage day today break/fix of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers and other network attached devices.

• Requires50%travel tosupport9 sites: Ashland City, TN, Murfreesboro, TN, Cleveland, TN, Elizabethton, TN, Morristown, TN,Smyrna, TN, Bowling Green, KY

• Perform assigned project tasksor set of actions for completion of projectwithindefinedtimelines.

• Includes but not limited to installation, configuration, and/or moves of supported standard devices or implementation of a process.

• Perform assigned tasks for installation and configuration of standard devices as part oftherefresh lifecycle management programs for Workstations, Printers, RF, Servers and Network Switches and Access Points.

• Requires general to little direct supervision and capable of handling any routine to highly technical problem withdemonstratedadequate togood communicationskills.

• Maintain documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, and time tracking.

• Act as the liaisonwithInformation Technology second and third level support groups toassistinexpeditingthe support process.

• Daily on-call for the primary locations supported.Rotation of on-call support for the region up to 4 weeks per year.

• Associate Degree in Information Systems or equivalent

• 5+years of related Information Systems experience
