CAE USA INC Financial Analyst in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

Role and Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will be responsible of the following:

Responsabilities:

· Reconcile various subledger accounts to the General Ledger.

· Approve and create projects in Oracle.

· Analyse Inventory accounts for preparation of Inventory allocation

· Validate that financial structure for projects is accurate.

· Enter all changes to price and costs in Oracle for relevant projects.

· Prepare month end journal entries.

· Maintain existing reports extracted from current systems (Oracle, Planisware).

· Prepare and analyse the Warranty provision.

· Maintain all internal process documentation.

· Preparation of adhoc reports using Power BI, Oracle, Planisware & Excel.

Requirements:

•University degree in finance or accounting.

•1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project accounting in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong in data analysis, system and reporting tools.

•Good knowledge of ORACLE.

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access).

•Additional education may be substituted for some experience.

•Bilingualism in both French and English is required.
