If so, then we want YOU! Our growing fabrication shop is searching for a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Manager to join our team. As the gatekeeper of excellence, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every product leaving our doors meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. What We Offer:

salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• oversee team of quality control inspectors

• read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements

• perform all final inspections performing testing

• work with clients and quality team to ensure production runs smoothly

• maintain documentation and reporting

• calibrate and maintain inspection equipment

• other responsibilities as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Quality Control (5 years of experience is required)

• Production Control

• Inspection

• CNC (5 years of experience is required)

• Fabrication (5 years of experience is required)

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 10 years

• Experience level: Manager
