Shee Atika Government Services is expanding! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. This remote position executes online strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth for SAI, SGS, and our growing family of companies.

Responsibilities include writing, designing, and scheduling compelling content for various digital platforms, managing social media accounts, optimizing website content for search engines, and executing email marketing campaigns. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical skills, collaboration, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Position requires the ability to collaborate with subsidiaries to tailor digital marketing strategies that effectively meet their unique needs and objectives, ensuring cohesive brand representation across all channels.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be eligible to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
  • Candidate must have a bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of digital marketing work history with proven experience developing, implementing, and measuring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Candidate must have experience developing and managing content within social networks, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Candidate must possess strong listening, writing, and communication skills with the ability to think innovatively and creatively.
  • Candidate must be highly detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while quickly shifting priorities according to business needs, and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Candidate must have experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Wix, WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, and campaign boosted content.

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Advanced writing, editing, design, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and multiple entities.
  • Ensures tone and focus are appropriate for target audiences and that content aligns with style guides.
  • Website content development and management experience.
  • Experience drafting social media posts according to content calendar and strategy.
  • Experience scheduling posts for distribution across social media platforms.
  • Track and report digital metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, opens, views, shares, etc.
  • Strong time management, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and engagement.

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Description $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
