Oracle Enablement Lead, Pre-onboarding in MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay

Job Description

  • Support Customer Success team’s strategy and implementation for campus and experienced hiring.

  • Partner with our global recruiting teams to organize and facilitate activities and new employee pre-onboarding.

  • Support planning and executing virtual and onsite events.

  • Work with global stakeholders and raise issues to team members to help develop and drive strategy.

  • Organize and execute the final pre-onboarding and communications prior to Day 1 start.

  • Recruit, interview, hire and build relationships with candidates in a virtual or onsite setting.

  • Plan and manage office visits and interviews.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on marketing/branding, to align activities with brand strategy and achieve messaging consistency.

  • Execute process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.

  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to drive Program success.

  • Develop and adhere to a budget for activities.

  • Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.

  • Confident at quickly adapting to a changing work environment and priorities

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Experience in HR, recruiting, event management or a related discipline required.

  • Previous marketing and/or campus recruitment experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.3-7 years related work experience.
