Job Description

  • The Automation Engineer handles, maintains, and improves our main ACE processes, machines and software.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide in Automation, high level knowledge in electronic and machine control.

  • Establish detail maintenance work instructions, user documentations, and trouble-shooting experience.

  • Maintenance leader in the implementation and release of the new technology

  • Create new procedures, work guides and training plan.

  • Continuous improvement in machinery and processes.

  • Conduct analysis and investigations on equipment failures that significantly affect product quality, equipment uptime and packing capacity.

  • Standardize and update of software in machinery according to R&D requirements.

  • Develop a standardized approach for robots, programming standards, safety protocols, operator interface, following standard and global implementations.

  • Report conclusions and make recommendations for improved programs and practices intended to prevent similar failures.

  • Be responsible for equipment life cycle reliability improvement, leading and foster the maturity of local specialist team.

  • Mapping and standardization of the critical parameters of equipment.

  • Partnership with all local and global departments.

  • Take ownership for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its efficiency.

  • Multi-functional and cross-site knowledge sharing.

  • Keep support 24/7 to production and maintenance.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • +3 years in Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, and/or Software Projects.

  • Rockwell knowledge.

  • KUKA Robot knowledge ideal, however other robots (ABB/Denso) is accepted as well.

  • Previous experience working with SAP.
