The Campus Operations Manager will perform distribution operations duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of the distribution program. Oversees the planning and controls the flow of materials, products, services and related systems information from point of origin to point of delivery. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, or critical parts availability, material handling, third-party warehousing and shipping/receiving activities. Review impacts to inventory and logistics and develop mitigation strategies to incorporate using root cause, corrective action analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals
Identify issues that may impact customer satisfaction and work to improve the customer experience
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the campus
Serve as main campus POC to support customer queries and problems for daily operations and escalations
Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives and projects and escalate risk of delays with operations
Advising on cost-saving projects and recommending best practices
Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve optimal warehouse performance
Developing mitigation strategies for inventory and logistics impacts
Support streamlining replenishment orders from WH to DC
Support the model of logistics strategy during implementation and beyond Inventory management
Manage open items & blockages relating to floor utilization, packaging, and inventory management
Monitor order/ticket backlog to identify potential problem orders and initiate corrective actions
Work with planners and PM’s and create plans to support on time delivery
Work with support teams to create awareness of new projects and highlight key actions
Monitor subcontractor performance to agreed SLO’s, communicating risk and priority shifts
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS technical issues
Analyze late orders and provide root cause analysis
Responsible for GUTS ticket/Buganizer routing and resolution and timely communications
Review and update SOPS with 3PL partners and customers to establish process improvements
Build and present executive ready presentations and written reports to major stakeholders
Generate dashboards to communicate warehouse performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
Stay up to date with the latest trends, benchmarks, best practices and advancements in supply chain, including emerging tools, techniques and best practices and apply new knowledge to improve processes
● Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, related field or equivalent experience
● 5 years logistics, supply chain, large scale warehouse operations or related experience
● Experience and knowledge of SAP/WMS systems
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
● Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
● Risk sensitive, recognizes when problems arise or are likely to arise
● Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
● Proficiency in using Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets, for data analysis and information sharing
● A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
● Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
French language professional proficiency preferred
English language professional proficiency preferred
