Group Summary

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

About the Role

Responsible for the process development activities in compliance with the company's internal procedures and customer CSR in order that the characteristics of products and processes meet the quality standards requirements, costs level and customer timing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in the technical definition of assembly and verification tools preproduction, in collaboration with the industrialization resources.

  • Participate to the RFQ process to create the flow chart, define new asset needed for the new business and define all investment needed.

  • Create the SOR for new process following Magna Specification.

  • Monitor supplier activities.

  • Create and update Flowchart, PFMEA and JES.

  • Follow the PDP Magna process.

Who we are looking for

  • Technical High school Diploma

  • Fluent Italian and basic English knowledge.

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles.

  • Ability to read technical drawing.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience of main manufacturing and quality concepts (i.e. PFMEA, process capability, IATF)

  • Knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes for plastic components

  • Knowledge of IATF
