SPHERION Maintenance Helper Seasonal 6 week project in MONA, Utah
We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team for a four to six week project. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This job involves removing old equipment and installing new equipment. Day shift schedule with some flexibility to work 8 or 10 hour days (based on team decision)
Responsibilities: - Maintain equipment as needed
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and systems
Assist in troubleshooting issues with mechanical equipment
Support facilities maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional environment
Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance tasks
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams and external vendors
Supervise maintenance projects as assigned
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
Steel toed shoes are required
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills: - Experience in maintaining equipment
Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects effectively
Customer service-oriented approach to interactions within the organization
Education: No Degree Required
Experience: 0-1 years
Qualifications: Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis Steel toed shoes required
