We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual eager to take on the responsibility of providing advanced administrative and general support to a team of Attorneys and Paralegals. In this vital position, you'll ensure the seamless operation of our department by maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, reviewing and processing invoices, managing travel itineraries, and creating compelling presentations. Beyond administrative duties, you will act as the linchpin of professional communications, handling and screening calls, event and meeting coordination, and the organization of legal documents and files, both digitally and in physical form.

What You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of administrative and/or legal support experience reflecting increasing level of responsibility.

  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook at a basic level.

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence.

  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Discretion required in dealing with confidential information.

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent telephone communication skills.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description

What Will Set You Apart:

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative and/or legal support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree plus 3 years of administrative and/or legal support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Familiar with litigation pleadings (e.g., motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, court orders, etc.).

  • Familiar with citations to legal authorities (e.g., cases, statutes, regulations, etc.).

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $29.23 - 39.42 / hour

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
