Description:

Position Purpose: As a Clinic Manager at the PACE Organization (PO), you will oversee nursing services, ensuring high-quality care across community, day center, and clinic settings. You’ll manage daily clinic operations and coordinate with the primary care team to deliver exceptional care.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Embody Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Create a welcoming environment and foster a collaborative team culture.

  • Manage Operations: Oversee clinic staffing, scheduling, and daily operations. Ensure clinic areas are well-stocked and equipment is in top condition.

  • Quality and Compliance: Drive quality improvement initiatives, participate in the QAPI Committee, and ensure adherence to regulations.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the clinic budget, make cost-effective decisions, and collaborate with finance on utilization and budget matters.

  • Staff Development: Mentor and evaluate staff, ensuring their professional growth and maintaining high standards of care.

  • Patient Care Coordination: Facilitate integration of new participants, oversee specialty services, and manage care coordination with external providers.

  • Emergency Preparedness: Be familiar with disaster recovery plans and participate in administrative on-call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education & License: BSN required. Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in healthcare with a focus on geriatrics. Experience with frail or elderly populations preferred.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
