Snelling Staffing Services Admin Support Coordinator in Mobile, Alabama

Experienced Administrative Support Coordinator needed for a direct hire position. The schedule for this permanent position is Monday - Friday 7 AM- 4 PM. The Administrative Support Coordinator will have heavy customer service responsibilities, tactfully dealing with customers and co-workers is a must. Another key to success in this position is building strong relationships with vendors to ensure customer satisfaction. This position has a pay range of $22-$23 per hour DOE plus a full benefits package including 100% company paid insurance.

Administrative Support Coordinator requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  2. Proficient in Word, Outlook with Advanced Excel 2016 Skills. MS Dynamics AX a plus
  3. Must be able to type 55 wpm
  4. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and carry, must be able to stand, sit and walk frequently
  5. High school degree required; some college preferred

Administration Support Coordinator duties:

  1. Type customer quotes confirming contact pricing, billing and collection as needed
  2. Ship and Receive products/Inventory including physical counts, track orders
  3. Report generations
  4. Other duties to ensure the smooth flow of service to our customers
