Snelling Staffing Services Admin Support Coordinator in Mobile, Alabama
Experienced Administrative Support Coordinator needed for a direct hire position. The schedule for this permanent position is Monday - Friday 7 AM- 4 PM. The Administrative Support Coordinator will have heavy customer service responsibilities, tactfully dealing with customers and co-workers is a must. Another key to success in this position is building strong relationships with vendors to ensure customer satisfaction. This position has a pay range of $22-$23 per hour DOE plus a full benefits package including 100% company paid insurance.
Administrative Support Coordinator requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Word, Outlook with Advanced Excel 2016 Skills. MS Dynamics AX a plus
- Must be able to type 55 wpm
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and carry, must be able to stand, sit and walk frequently
- High school degree required; some college preferred
Administration Support Coordinator duties:
- Type customer quotes confirming contact pricing, billing and collection as needed
- Ship and Receive products/Inventory including physical counts, track orders
- Report generations
- Other duties to ensure the smooth flow of service to our customers
