Philips Omnichannel Retail Manager - Personal Health (Office-Based, Mississauga) in Mississauga, Ontario

Bring to life the Omnichannel retailer strategy for Personal Health Canada by understanding the business goal and objectives, work collaboratively with the Business Unit, the Marketing team and the agencies to ideate, create and execute with excellence a tailored omnichannel plan for the identified retailers in Canada.

Your role:

  • Develop national and retailer specific strategies for in-store and online Omnichannel retailer programs with a focus on retailers including but not exclusively, Costco and Shoppers Drug Mart/Loblaws Corp.

  • Team up with the Business Units, Retailer teams, Marketing Communications and Media teams to Ideate, create, plan and execute with excellence the omnichannel plans.

  • Ensure deep knowledge of our retailers and their Go To Market strategy, so all timelines, specifications and requirements can be considered, achieved and implemented while developing the full year plan.

  • Close collaboration with the Consumer & Shopper Insights team to ensure those insights are translated into programs that resonate with consumers/shoppers during their buying journey.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’veacquired 3+ years of experience in consumer product marketing/activation with, at least 1 yr. as leading online/in-store/multi-channel/vertical retailer.

  • Your skills include experience using Salsify platform and other syndication and digital shelf management tools. Has a consumer/shopper-first mindset and a passion to create best – in – class in-store campaigns, an eye for details and excellence in execution.

  • You have a bachelor degree (business, marketing, or similar).

  • You’re knowledgeable of the Canadian retail environment and understands what drives/triggers conversion at point of sale. (in-store or digital)

  • Experience using Salsify platform and other syndication and digital shelf management tools.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Thepay range for this position is $77,000 to $121,000.  The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mississauga .
