Panasonic North America Email Automation Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario

Overview

Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Panasonic Canada’s email marketing campaigns to support overall marketing objectives.

Please note this is a full-time opportunity.

Please note that this is a hybrid position. Office based work will be performed from our Mississauga office at Ambler Drive.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes multiple email marketing programs for B2B, B2C and Corporate teams within the automation tool.

  • Designs, lays out and occasionally creates content for email marketing including coding email templates, forms and landing pages.

  • Works collaboratively with the creative and content team to maintain email templates ensuring adherence to brand standards.

  • Manages campaign lists, ensures data quality and understands the flow to and from CRM systems.

  • Analyzes and reports on key performance metrics, making recommendations to drive conversations, minimize email opt outs and enhance content.

  • Manages the Canadian marketing subscription data as per CASL policies and keeps up to date on email best practices.

  • Builds, implements, and deploys email campaigns using audience segmentation, and integrates inbound marketing actions while highlighting any automation or process improvements.

  • Collaborates with various internal and external marketing teams to convert requirements into end-to-end automated campaigns as required.

  • Communicates results and best practices to all stakeholders. Maintains a common hub of results for learning and references purposes.

  • Works with the web operations team to strategize and test web forms as required.

Qualifications

  • College or University Degree – 3- or 4-Year bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Information Technology.

  • 3 to 4 years related work experience.

  • Experience with marketing automation such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, and Pardot (Marketing Cloud experience is an asset).

  • Knowledge of email best practices including measuring digital behavior and performance

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and operate with cross functional teams

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, image editing, mobile optimization, Salesforce, or related CRM.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify solutions to problems from various options.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Fluent in written French Canadian is an asset.
