Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (YYZ CONTRACT)

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Operations, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is a highly skilled, licensed professional with extensive experience. The AME is responsible for conducting maintenance safely, ensuring compliance, and maximizing efficiency. Key responsibilities include servicing, troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, repairs, modifications, fabrications, installations, and functional tests on electrical systems and their components.

Hard Skills

• Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

• Experience on Boeing 737, including NG and/or MAX

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Strong troubleshooting skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 - 8 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mississauga, Ontario.

Work Environment

The role operates on a 5-5-4 shift pattern at the Pearson Airport hangar. Shifts start at 6am or 7am depending on the schedule, rotating from day to night every second cycle. The selected candidate will be part of a pioneering team of 12 individuals at this new base in Toronto Pearson.
