Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Central Billing Office Collections Manager you will oversee all functions of the business office across multiple ambulatory surgery centers. You will be responsible for financial analysis, management, cash flow, billingand collections.

What you will do:

• You will manage collectors, customer service representatives and payment posters

• Approve financial adjustments for your centers

• You will monitor the work flow and reassign as workload demands

• Work in conjunction with the Administrator and Business Office Managers at your respective facilities

• Monitor and analyze reports for your center and oversee the operational success of the central billing office

• You will conduct staff meetings and provide guidance and feedback to strengthen your team

What you’ll need:

• Bachelors degree in Business or Health Care Administration

• Minimum 5 years experience in a medical office setting highly preferred

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
