Ready to serve as a production coordinator/supervisor in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment? This could be your next career opportunity. You'll oversee multiple areas of day-to-day operations, define KPIs, engineer process improvements and continuously work to elevate throughput and quality. • Wed-Sat 4:30pm-4:30am

Skills:

• Knowledge of current industry software systems (google voice, google docs, google spreadsheet)

• The ability to delegate tasks and manage employees

• Experience with record keeping and tracking inventory.

• Ability to take constructive critism

• Ability to coach employees on work performance, behavior and attitude

• Ability to communicate with client

salary: $25.25 - $37.87 per hour

work hours: 4:30 PM - 4:30 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate with clients on a day to day basis

• Managing personnel on a shift to shift basis

• Keeping details records of daily attendances

• Handling the starting process for new employees (sending out welcome emails, shift emails, and details about building access).

• Scheduling shifts to employees

• Ensuring that workplace safety standards are adhered to.

• Managing employees (10-30) at at time

• Coaching employees on safety, behaviors, attitudes and work performance

• Taking constructive critiscm

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
