Barilla Sales Coordinator - Back to Nature in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Purpose

This is an exciting role that will work closely with the Sales team to support our customers and meet Sales objectives. Back to Nature is one of the pillar brands within the Natural and Grocery Channels and was one of the original natural brands in the market! We are step-changing brand resonance with today’s consumer that will unlock penetration and Sales growth. This will require top notch sales support including the ability to work cross-functionally with the Back to Nature team, high attention to detail, bringing an entrepreneurial and owner’s mindset on projects and adding value to other day-to-day tasks. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager - Back to Nature.

How the Role Will Measure Success

  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers to create and maintain monthly sales reports.

  • Creation and management of Distributor Toolkit using UNFI and KeHE reporting to identify supply chain activities, analytics.

  • Own and manage Broker communication tools.

  • Coordinate logistics on trade shows and conferences.

  • Track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports and presentations to aid in sell in of sales strategies.

  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team's daily operations.

  • Lead and represent Sales in cross-functional meetings (i.e., marketing, finance) with the Back to Nature team & across our Broker network.

    What You Will Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • Proven experience & success in a prior sales support or coordinator role.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consumer Package Good Sales support role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High proficiency & experience working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with internal teams and cross functional partners.

  • Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience with syndicated data Nielsen & SPINs.

  • Exposure to UNFI Clearview & KeHE Connect a plus!

  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver on project timelines.

    Additional Expectations

  • Minneapolis required.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • References are required.
