Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical.Position Title:IT Infrastructure Operations Senior ManagerA Day in the LifeThis critical IT leadership role is responsible for Global IT Infrastructure, including End User Support and Cloud hosting.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership in selecting and implementing IT Infrastructure, End User, and Cloud Services.Provide leadership in implementing IT management practices for Incident, Service, Problem, Service Configuration, and Infrastructure and Platform management.Partner with IT leadership to establish and manage the overall IT roadmap, projects, and teams.Manage vendors and internal team to Service Level Agreements to meet and exceed our business expectations.Must HaveRequires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.Nice to HavePrevious IT leadership within a regulated medical device companyExperience standing up IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and End User Services solutions, ITIL-based services, and IT teams for an SMB global company.Experience with IT technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, SD-WAN, and FreshService tailored to a cloud-based architecture.Experience managing project and functional budgets.Cloud first and agile mindset.Excellent leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.Sound knowledge of IT systems, specifications, networks, and computer systems.Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.Ability to communicate with tech-savvy and non-technical staff.Strong vendor management capabilitiesWhy Work with Us?Working here is highly rewarding we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.Its essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
