Eide Bailly CPE Compliance Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Location: All Locations in the United States Work Arrangement: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office A Day in the Life The CPE Compliance Manager oversees CPE compliance and licensure at a Firmwide level. Ensures staff and Partners follow licensure requirements and proactively determines the validity of CPE in accordance with NASBA standards. Identifies opportunities and implements processes and procedures to maximize staff experience with LMS. Leads the LMS team in building and maintaining accurate and consistent CPE records. Ensures required documentation both pre- and post-training (i.e. sign-in, evaluations, evaluation summary) for all training sessions are completed. Confirms CPE records in accordance with Firm policies and procedures. Proactively reviews and communicates CPE compliance with licensees and Firm leadership as needed. Develops, communicates, and implements processes to ensure NASBA and state licensure requirements for CPE programming. Assists staff with facilitation of the licensure process. Provides oversight of numerous complex processes involving local offices, regional offices, marketing and Firm leadership surrounding CPE compliance. Collaborates with L&D, service lines and industries to ensure all CPE requirements are met. Identifies opportunities to innovate processes to better serve stakeholders and provide exceptional client service. Leads LMS team to drive efficiencies and consistency throughout the Firms. Ensures that all areas of the LMS are continually updated and maintained. Builds relationships with licensing bodies (i.e. NASBA, AICPA, individual boards of accountancy). Maintains and updates all Firm CPE provider approvals (i.e. NASBA, IRS, Texas). Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. Who You Are You have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education or a related field required. You have 2-4 years of previous experience working with CPE and licensure compliance. You can demonstrate a commitment to learning and development and compliance. You have strong project management skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including soft skills and presentation skills. You can work independently with minimal supervision. You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects. You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
