Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Role reports to: Senior Customer Development ManagerLocation: Minneapolis, MNTravel : 10%Pay: 92,000- 149,500What you will doThe Associate Customer Development Manager, Target Skincare is responsible for developing and executing strategic customer growth plans, delivering financial targets and managing ongoing customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Target merchandising team to drive sales and profit objectives.Develop and execute strategies to disproportionately grow Kenvue's sales share in the categoryResponsible for the connection with the customers to create and support our overarching demand-driving strategies.Partner with media, shopper, marketing, customer strategy teams, supply chain to build robust shopper plans, drive omni strategies forwardResponsible for accurate forecasting of monthly sales by franchise and/or brands.Optimize product assortment by using shopper, category, brand and/or customer insights to execute a recommendation that builds mutually profitable growth for Kenvue and our customersEffectively manage trade funding within budgetLead and develop data capabilities, advanced analytics and reporting for a select group of retailers to uncover business opportunities, drives improved workflows, and speed to insights.Implement and design project plan in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver deep-dive analytics using various resources including, but not limited to: Retailer loyalty data, Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI), Marketplace and HH Panel Assessments (Numerator) to independently discern trends and provide insights-based recommendations to deliver category growth.Uncover groundbreaking Omni Category insights and solutions for our customers / shoppers / consumers that deliver on critical metrics for instore and online.Be the liaison, translator, and trainer of key tools to field sales that help decision making across the 4 P's including assortment optimization, pricing models, promotional analysis, and digital/in-store shelf.Collaborate with cross functional partners to evolve promotional plans, evaluate the impact of pricing and track competitive marketplace activity to unlock internal and external growth opportunities.Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in the P&L for both Kenvue and TargetWhat we are looking forDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 4 years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, or related field in a consumer products environment is requiredPrior experience with handling databases or data sets; Preferred experience with syndicated data, such as Nielsen, IRI, and NumeratorPreferred experience with Target P&L to inform business strategies (including managing P&L in SBP)Experience with Target systems is preferred (POL, VIQ, IMN, Launchpad, PCN, TVI, SBP)Advanced Excel and Power Point skills requiredAbility to negotiate with and influence multiple levels of customer leadershipAbility to access, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data.Ability to build impactful presentations to explain recommendations an findings of analyses, resources, and studies.Ability to work optimally within a fast-paced, sophisticated matrix and changing environment.Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands.10% or more travel time will be requiredWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
