Summary of the Laborer position:

• Location: Minden, Nebraska
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and occasional Saturdays
• Pay: $17-19/hour DOE
• Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
• Perks: 3-month probationary period with the potential for permanent placement based on performance, work ethic and attendance, collaborative and energetic work environment and on-the-job training for those with minimal experience but a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Laborer:

• Work on pivot irrigation systems and perform various general labor duties.
• Drive company vehicles; a valid driver's license is required.
• Be outdoors in all weather conditions engaging in activities that include walking, bending and lifting.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge and be open to training.
• Ensure punctuality and honesty in your daily tasks.

Qualifications for the Laborer position:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Reliable, punctual and honest individuals are a must.
