Job Summary The Workday Director collaborates across their aligned Workday domains with Resource Management, Human Resources, and Practice leadership to drive consistent delivery practices, maximize practice profitability, and drive innovation. Additionally, the Workday directors will be responsible for managing and motivating their team members, supporting their career and professional development, and ensuring that they complete tasks in their functional areas that meet business needs. Responsible for monitoring resource forecasting and utilization, team staffing assignments, and delivering against the business financial goals.
