This position operates in a fun, fast-paced environment centered around monthly and bimonthly start dates, to provide ongoing onboarding support to newly hired employees. Core responsibilities include daily candidate outreach and assistance via phone, email, and text. This role requires the ability to multi-task while providing stellar customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team; Including but not limited to on-screen Zoom calls to assist in task navigation and troubleshooting as well as weekly team meetings. In order to effectively manage all assigned candidates in the post-hire onboarding process, previous experience working with an ATS or CRM system is recommended, though not required.

**This is a SEASONAL CONTRACT position that will start August 26th and will wrap up in February 2025. The pay rate for the Candidate Experienced Coordinator will pay between $18 - $23 per hour based on experience. Required Technical/ Functional Skills

• Clear and concise communication, both orally and written

• Ability to adapt to change while maintaining focus on exemplary customer service

• Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking

• PC Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and the ability to navigate within various technology systems

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Required Years Experience

*Preferred: 1+ years of relevant administrative, human resource, or customer service
