JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary This position is an extraordinary way to launch a sales career! This position will be shadowing the sales team on a regular basis, handling follow up communications for prospective clients, visiting prospective and current clients, assisting with business development & marketing projects and meticulously supporting the client service management process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Support Chief Trade Officer and VP, Business Development with client communications and business development projects. Shadow the business development team on prospective client and current client calls to ensure adequate follow up communications, issue/action management, and client service management inputs/monitoring. Support the planning and execution of various marketing and sales initiatives, such as social media, email marketing campaigns, content marketing, sales decks, sell sheets, tradeshow materials, creative assets, and/or sales presentations. Assist with marketing initiatives for client events, trade shows, and SPS client summit on an as-needed basis. Represent the company at various community exhibits, sponsorships and/or business meetings with self-motivation to absorb and retain key learnings from business interactions in support of sales skill mastery. Thrive on change while remaining highly motivated, optimistic and coachable. Maintain the confidentiality of information learned and processed while following all company policies and procedures. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Bachelors in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business or related field required. One (1) year of sales/marketing experience preferred. Interest in pursuing a sales career in the pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, or healthcare industry preferred. Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
