JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Powertrain Customer Service Technician - HYBRID Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin - HQ - OR - Florence, Kentucky Reports To: Manager II, Commercial Operations Position Summary: The Powertrain Customer Service Technician serves as the primary contact for requests for orders, quotes, product questions, drawing approvals, as well as a myriad of other customer inquiries. In this position you will be responsible for working with Sales, Customer Service, Application Engineering, and Plant Operations to support Powertrain order entry, order management, and planning activities for designated powertrain solutions projects. Responsibilities: Perform order entry for Powertrain Orders that will be assembled or consolidated at our Canal St facility Assist with product quoting and coordinating large projects with components across Regal Rexnord Ability to coordinate across multiple teams Proactive about learning new systems and products to support the Powertrain initiative Support Commercial Operations quoting team Work with Commercial Operations, Applications Engineering, Purchasing, and Assembly to support demand management process for assigned Powertrain Projects Coordinate project quotes across any/all business entities Coordinate customer requests/documentation between organizations Provide Commercial Operations management feedback on order entry / processing errors to address through training and development Manage open order report for projects assigned; past due sales orders, order fulfillment opportunities and Identify and fix issues Customer Service SME (subject matter expert) participating in plant improvement initiatives and continuous improvement, including 80/20 Education, Experience & Skills Required: High School diploma required College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Four years of professional Customer Service experience required Minimum of 2-year experience within the Regal Rexnord Customer Care Team or Comparable business experience, preferred Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding skills, Ability to type approx. 45+ words per minute Exp. with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows Operating Systems...
