Description We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Administrator based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, your primary function will be to assist the legal specialist in managing a large volume of documents related to a litigation matter. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sorting through hundreds of boxes of documentation due to a Request for Production for a litigation matter

• Review each document to determine its relevance for the specific client

• Employ your legal experience, particularly in litigation, to carry out tasks efficiently

• Work closely with the legal specialist, providing necessary support

• Utilize your strong organizational capabilities to maintain legal files and manage documents

• Leverage your skills in using Management Systems to keep track of various tasks

• Handle the document review process, ensuring all relevant information is identified and properly catalogued

• Maintain high standards of efficiency in all tasks undertaken

• Employ your hardworking nature to meet project deadlines and objectives. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a Management System

• Proven experience in Document Review

• Strong Organizational capabilities

• Ability to Maintain and organize Legal Files

• Experience with managing both physical and electronic files

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology and principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proven problem-solving skills and initiative

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
