Learn more about Gorman at: https://www.youtube.com/user/GormanUSA As a Leasing Specialist, you will: Provide excellent customer service and leasing information to our current and prospective residents. Determine prospective resident\'s needs through phone calls, apartment tours, and internet marketing using selling techniques. Complete follow up discussions with all current and prospective residents and maintain accurate records. Walk prospective residents through the application paperwork and Section 42, LIHTC, and HUD certification paperwork. Assist current residents with lease renewals and recertification paperwork. Develop and place ads and special promotions for marketing the apartment community to prospective residents. Enter in any application information, service requests, or payment information into the RealPage system. Leasing Specialist Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Confident, positive, and friendly with the ability to connect with a wide range of people. Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills. Computer skills and experience with MS Office. Dependable and able to work established schedule on site. Schedule: This position will typically work 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends may be required during the busy season. Why work with us at Gorman?
