The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for proactively contacting decision-maker(s) on a regular schedule, using promotional material and sales techniques to enhance customer awareness of capabilities for both stock and custom items; quotes and negotiates special pricing, delivery and payment terms, freight considerations, etc.; develops thorough understanding of customer\'s business and stays educated and informed through news articles, customer websites, and industry information to identify key events that may warrant action; manages customer contacts with CRM program.
