Job Overview We have an opportunity for an Infrastructure Analyst to join our global IT team working out of our headquarters office in Milwaukee, WI (Harbor District). In this role you will support: Infrastructure Design and Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and analyze current infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive plans for improvements and upgrades. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for the adoption of new infrastructure components that align with business goals. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to business stakeholders and other IT teams, resolving infrastructure-related issues promptly. Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and policies to protect the organization\'s infrastructure and data. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and patch management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to IT infrastructure. Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate with multiple, cross-functional global teams such as application owners, network, and Komatsu subsidiaries to complete multiple high profiled IT projects. Establish goals, schedules and performance metrics to deliver business value. Act as a technical engineer for multiple simultaneous projects and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with various members of the IT team on infrastructure, network, backup, and systems design. Deploy new products and manage day to day operations as part of the Office 365 and Azure AD environment supporting over 60,000 users globally Assist in developing and implementing policy, security best practices, and standards across the global organization Perform optimization efforts and implement automation and scripting to improve efficiencies.
