JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor\'s Degree Travel Percentage : 5 - 10% Job Description GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Plans and monitors Sales Enablement and GTM Strategies to ensure smooth and accelerated progression through the sales funnel, and to facilitate clear interconnection between Line of Business, Sales, and Key Stakeholders. Liaises with GMs, Sales leaders and their GTM teams across the Enterprise to align with sales segmentation, operations & processes, training and deal tracking. Unites stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations around the common goal of providing salespeople with the right resources, content, processes, and technology needed to engage with prospects and customers. Serves as the connective tissue that ensures that Sales Enablement teams across Launches, Campaigns, Telequalification, and Education are servicing Sales and key stakeholders in the most effective way. Creates a central function of distribution fluency in which he/she looks after the development of current and new enablement initiatives - including the programmatic design of these programs, while paving the way for their successful delivery to revenue teams. Pays close attention to what works well and what doesn\'t, with the goal of continuously optimizing existing approaches. Evaluates and tracks sales enablement metrics and KPIs that are vital to the growth and success of FIS - creating tools that demonstrate the business impact of Sales Activation & Operations enablement efforts for stakeholder buy-in and support for future endeavors.
