What will you be doing?

  • Handling company billing, invoicing, receivables, payables, & inventory.

  • You will be greeting visitors, directing and announcing to the appropriate parties.

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

  • Receiving and sorting daily mail

  • Supporting Office Manager

What do you bring?

  • Experience handling all aspects of accounts receivable

  • Experience in an office setting

  • Office Manager experience is a plus

  • Self starter

  • Great customer service skills
