FCP Euro Distribution Center Lead in Milford, Connecticut
A Distribution Center - Inbound Lead reports to the Assistant Manager and is accountable for executing and prioritizing the production process of the Inbound team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly. Processing a comprehensive understanding of the Inbound process, LPH, sorting and stocking daily goals.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for executing and overseeing the Inbound production processes including delivery scheduling, organizing workspaces, stocking, sorting and unloading of product.
Has a deep working knowledge of assigned Inbound processes including individual and team LPHs, stocking and sorting goals and communicating them effectively with the team.
Works to improve Inbound teams performance through huddles, feedback and other communication methods.
Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management.
Reporting operational updates on a daily basis.
Needing to operate PIT machinery (ie: WAVE picker, pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) at times depending on workstation.
Track and report across all inventory related processes as required.
Assisting in unloading incoming deliveries when necessary.
Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in the automotive field is beneficial but not a requirement.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft office
Demonstrate willingness to collaborate on projects within the DC.
Must be able to lift packages in excess of 60+lbs as necessary
Must have flexibility in availability
Must be organized with an attention to detail.
Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to work under time constraints or tight deadlines
Must be a team player who is positive and motivating
Ability to use a WMS.

Compensation
$22.00+ /hr based upon prior experience and qualifications
Quarterly Bonus Opportunity of $900
