Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Quote new policies
- Collaborate with agent, underwriters and clients in providing optimal insurance solutions to both current and potential clients.
- Service current clients by answering policy inquiries, processing endorsements and renewals, resolving billing issues, and providing guidance on coverage options.
Requirements
- Current P&C Insurance license, or willingness to license
- Computer experience
- Customer service experience
- Candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to support our clients with their insurance needs. Work well with other team members. Provide retention support and assist in quoting and writing new personal lines policies
Hours
Monday-Thursday 10a.m.- 4 p.m.
$15/hour - Competitive Pay Based On Experience
