Site Manager

  • The Site Manager is responsible for managing all on-site activities related to solar PV projects. They oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor construction activities throughout the construction and commissioning phases.

  • Certify the achievement of construction milestones, testing, and commissioning activities.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) requirements.

  • Reporting:

  • Provide clear and transparent reports to the Project Manager.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on-site.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Organize and participate in site meetings with contractors, HSEQ managers, external site managers, and local authorities.

  • Maintain relationships with all parties involved, including local authorities, technical representatives, and landowners.

Contractor Supervision:

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage contractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position within the solar industry.

  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary activities in civil engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, HSEQ, environmental).

  • Familiarity with national and international technical standards for construction and photovoltaic systems.

  • EU driver’s license.

  • Willingness to learn, work within standardized processes, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.

  • Excellent organizational skills and decision-making/problem-solving abilities.Site Manager
