We are looking for a proactive Sales professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a very strong portfolio of historical brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Cremo Grooming).

Reporting into the Business Account Manager Coordinator you will deliver net sales and gross margin within account portfolio and a financial year in line with annual and strategic company objectives. You’ll proactively seek out and exploit all sales opportunities consistently to achieve short & long term objectives as well as develop your skills, knowledge and attitude to help achieve the goals above and maximise your potential and contribution.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Achieve net sales and gross margin profit targets in all major accounts in line with annual and strategic objectives.

  • External negotiation: maximise sales and margins, constantly striving to grow sales and profit. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key accounts to secure breakthrough growth.

  • Constantly track customer performance and needs and proactively make recommendations to help improve customer performance & profitability. Maximise the use of all available data and information, in order to support all customer proposals with compelling strategic and commercial agreements.

  • Network extensively within accounts in all relevant departments, developing positive working relationships, in order to maximise sales and profits.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting. Liaise with Customer Services, Demand Planning and Supply Planning to maximise on-going availability and meet service level & working capital targets.

  • Strong relationship with Marketing & Category Development Department, in order to accomplish company objectives.

  • Very challenging Client portfolio, including some of our major customers (ie Esselunga, Bennet, Carrefour).

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

This is a great opportunity for someone with National Account professional experience.

Ideally you will have gained experience within an International Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Significant Account Management experience, ideally within FMCG.

  • Experience also in Discounter and Drugstore Channels is a plus.

  • Strong communication / presentation skills.

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.

  • Computer literate (essential) Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.

  • Graduate or equivalent in commercial related subject.

  • Fluent Italian and English

Maternity Replacement agreement, with a minimum lasting of 6 months, potentially to be converted into a permanent contract according to the candidate results.
