Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Job Description

As a Forklift Operator and Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our products are handled with utmost care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, loading and unloading goods, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, and labeling of pallets. You will be tasked with palletizing frozen meat from the chest freezer and preparing them for shipment. Additionally, you will operate a sit-down forklift to move products around our facilities.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our work environment tends to be colder due to the nature of our products. It can be around 50 degrees in winter and up to 80 degrees in summer. Please note that there is a strong smell in our facilities due to the nature of our products - frozen meat, specifically totes of chicken parts.
