Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description

Seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our metal shop team in a manufacturing company focused on electronics and components for government subcontractors. The role involves operating a CNC mill, loading and unloading parts, performing inspections, and programming using MasterCAM directly at the controls. The candidate will handle a mixture of long and short production runs in a job shop environment, maintaining tight tolerances. Training will be provided by an experienced team member.

Hard Skills

• CNC mill operation

• MasterCAM programming

• First, mid, last piece inspection

• Experience with HAAS CNC mills and Fanuc controls

• Ability to handle complicated parts and run 10,000+ line codes

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This position is located in a small metal shop within a manufacturing company. The shop includes a team of 3 machinists and operates under the supervision of the shop manager. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The dress code is jeans, boots, and a presentable shirt.
