From project management and design to deployment and implementation, you will drive critical initiatives that shape our company's future. What You'll Do: - Manage multiple business-critical projects and programs to meet aggressive timelines and goals - Design practical packaging solutions integrating knowledge of materials, control systems, costing, and safety - Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve desired solutions, leveraging internal and external resources - Utilize 2D and 3D CAD to visualize, edit, and document packaging designs - Oversee fabrication and installation of packaging equipment/systems to ensure adherence to engineering designs - Execute action item tasks and hands on activities when necessary What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 3-5 years of project engineering experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment - Proven ability to solve problems creatively and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline - Strong project management skills and familiarity with methodologies like PMI - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, AutoCAD, and Solid Edge (preferred) - Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time At PAC Worldwide, we offer a dynamic work environment where you can thrive and grow at the forefront of flexible packaging innovation.
