Join our team of global innovators! Our HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, efficiency and effectiveness of various HR Information Systems including Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG/Ulitpro) and UKG Dimensions, as well as how these systems interface with other systems/solutions. In addition, the position supports our teammates by questions and assisting with HR-related activities to support our teammates around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Team member on the HR Operations team, supporting the Human Resources Information Systems.

  • Team member on the HR Operations team, supporting the Human Resources Information Systems.

  • Monitoring the global HR mailbox as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, managers and teammates who need assistance in performing tasks (manager and employee self-service) in the HRIS.

  • Consulting with HR specialists and vendors on support, enhancements and functional changes to the platform.

  • Perform testing of defect fixes and enhancements.

  • Researching, analyzing, maintaining and communicating functional processes & solutions in support of human resource operations and projects.

  • Analyzing, developing and documenting enterprise HR business processes aligned to HR policies and programs.

  • Understanding HR data relationships across all business processes and solutions.

  • Identifying root cause, evaluating enterprise impacts and developing solutions for data and business process and systems breakdowns.

  • Understanding HR data governance and adhering to related policies, processes and practices for protection of teammate data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting IT or HR applications.

  • Experience with UKGPro and Dimensions preferred.

  • Experience with Cornerstone on Demand is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize requests for help and support.

  • Proven ability to receive, prioritize, and manage defects and small enhancements.

  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.

  • Proven ability to document, assess and improve end-to-end business processes.

  • Ability to develop and execute test scripts to assure the quality of systems changes and regression test core functionality.

  • Global user / systems support experience is a plus.

  • Experience with project delivery (full life-cycle); agile methodology experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills.

  • Strong communication skills and relationship building with leadership, peers, business clients, shared services teams and vendors.
