Our client in Miami seeks a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to orchestrate a seamless sales journey, from production planning to logistics. In this critical role, you'll bridge the gap between hubs, factories, and importers, ensuring a healthy order book and generating insightful reports to drive informed decisions. You'll also lend valuable support to the finance team through credit control, collection follow-up, and KPI monitoring. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Responsibilities

Drive Sales Operations Excellence in the Americas:

  • Spearhead the implementation of streamlined sales administration processes for Americas.

  • Become the go-to expert for demand planning, collaborating with markets and factories.

  • Orchestrate the production program and order book, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, factory, and markets.

  • Proactively keep markets informed on order book status, backlogs, shipments, and other key details.

  • Manage the invoicing process from start to finish.

  • Track and optimize logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Uncover valuable insights by monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, order intake, order book health, inventory levels, and other KPIs.

  • Craft compelling reports and presentations to keep the HQ informed.

  • Become a pillar of the financial team, assisting with credit control, letter of credit follow-up, credit checks, down payments, overdue payments, and collections.
