Role Overview: As a certified Radiation Therapist I at our esteemed institution, you will play a pivotal role in the Radiation Oncology Unit's operational strategy. Reporting to the Chief Radiation Therapist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care that aligns with our organizational values and mission. Your technical proficiency at the entry-level will enable you to collaborate effectively across various departmental functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer ionizing radiation treatments to patients, adhering to the physician's directives, our departmental protocols, state regulations, and the Baptist Health System's policies.

Uphold the entity's Mission and Vision, as well as the hospital's commitment to Service Excellence.

Compensation: The salary for this role is competitive, with an estimated hourly range of $38.94 - $50.62, commensurate with your professional experience.

Skills and Requirements

1. Must possess a valid radiation therapy license.

2. ARRT certified.

3. 3+ years' of experience

4. Able to work with pediatrics

5. Associates degree null
