Job Title: Cytotechnologist

Job Description

As a Cytotechnologist, you will be responsible for screening and evaluating gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens to determine potential malignant or related abnormal conditions. Your role includes screening all liquid-based cytology, both manual and imaged, as well as conventional slides. You will perform microscopic evaluation of cytological specimens, adhering to laboratory procedures and workload policies. It is crucial to ensure accurate performance and reporting of results, maintain documentation of workload recording, and meet slide screening requirements per standard operating procedure. Additionally, you will finalize testing results in the computer system accurately and timely, provide backup for cytology processing, and comply with all safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies.

100% onsite, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
