Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, inputs customer orders. Manages process from order receipt to invoicing while screening information for accuracy and completeness.

• Partners with the Customer Care department to analyze customer requirements as they are related to our production plan and proactively communicates updates to the customer.

• Track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

• Monitor daily transportation activities, including dispatching, routing, and tracking.

• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customer support team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.

• Generate regular reports on inventory status, shipment progress, and transportation metrics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software.
