As a Perfumer working on Technical Perfumery projects, you’ll play a vital role in developing substitutes, ensuring continuity in fragrance supply while adhering to the latest regulatory guidelines. Your expertise will mitigate the risk of shortages and enhance our commitment to quality and compliance. Your key responsibilities

• Formulae modifications for safety and stability

• Study raw materials replacement to comply with safety and regulatory

• Collaborate with data scientists to continuously improve AI tools

• Collaborate with procurement for raw materials market knowledge

• Portfolio Complexity Reduction

  You bring

• At least 5 years-experience as a perfumer

• Agility, flexibility, Multitasking

• Chemical knowledge is a plus

• Collaborative spirit to work with other stakeholders and experts

• Digital ability to deal with different systems

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and French
