Our Team:

Is accountable in collaboration with the brand

manager of all aspects of the brand and the sub-brand, such as market share, budget control, Brand equity and Sales.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of strategies and activities for the Brand in charge based on the strategic direction, the market situation and resources of the company, seeking the fulfillment of the objectives. Identify the target group and proposes brand strategies based on the analysis of the information.

  • Work in close collaboration with the NGO to assure the E2E Purpose strategy/activation of the brand.

    • Monitor and analyze sales results, investment promotion and profitability the brand (s) each month,
  • SKU and by product line, by type of channel and customer, as well as checking inventory levels the

  • company and every client.

    • Responsible for developing and monitoring the sales forecast, considering the market potential,
  • financial goals, the earnings of the company and product availability.

    • Get business insights through visits to customers and retail outlets nationwide.
    • Prepare creative, promotional, and relevant research based on consumer media, "briefs" and
  • coordinates the development process they generate.

    • Responsible of the brand’s innovation process: propose innovation pipeline, develop product concepts, elaborate business cases and coordinate cross-functional team if an innovation launch happens.

About you

  • Experience : Have been in marketing FMCG or OTC at least for 3 years

  • Soft skills : Exceptional communication and Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Technical skills : Marketing intelligence (analysis), financial skills (P&L accountability) communication process, forecasting and business case development.

  • Education : Marketing, administration, or related career

  • Languages : Fluent English and Spanish Marketing, administration, or related career
