We are searching for the best talent for Bids & Tenders Supervisor for MedTech to be in Mexico City.
Purpose:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end anticipate, development & delivery of the Public Contract Lifecycle process. Including ‘PreTender’ and ‘Bid & Tender Response’ management Contracts / Tenders; the Delivery & Compliance of all public commercial Contracts / Tenders and long-term pricing arrangements and to maintain pricing stability.
Purpose is to deliver a higher level of service to internal & external customers to drive results & efficiencies of processes.
Role will influence in shaping tactical & operational objectives in the customer contracting space.
You will be responsible for :
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Responsible for design, creation & deployment of the end-to-end Contracts process. This includes all tenders, commercial contracts, long & short-term pricing arrangements.
Establishment & ensuring company-wide adherence of RACI Matrix for comprehensive process.
Integration of CLM process stages (pre-contract, bids & tender response, contract compliance & delivery & expiry management) to ensure a smooth and efficient operating environment for both the commercial functions & Commercial Operations group
Pre-Tender
Lead Bid Manager’s in preparation of strategic advice / briefing papers in advance of a tender release, including customer and business unit strategy development, projections of resources and expertise engagement
Proactively champion pre-tender phase (Discover Phase) with sales, marketing, SCG and external vendors (e.g. performance reporting and analysis, market intel, workshops for option generation, scenario planning)
Bids and Tenders Response
Ensure contract sign in field of public institutions, creation of documents / publication internally.
Lead Bid in tender submissions with sales, marketing, SCG and relevant functional partners
Lead & manage contract award with sales, marketing & SCG (e.g. post submission negotiation [intermediary between business, Legal and customer], award notification, award impact statements)

Provide guidance and direction in execution of Delivery & Compliance phase:
Contract & Price Analysis
Contract Analysis and Management
Customer Contract Reporting & Reviews
Customer engagement –Procurement officers and Customer Category Managers

Internal Customers: BU Leaders, Commercial Managers, Marketing & SCG, Sales, Supply Chain, Gov Affairs, Med Affairs, HE, Quality, RA.
Qualifications
Qualifications and requirements:
Degree Qualified in: Administration, Finance, Science, Marketing, Procurement / Commercial
Minimum 5 years business experience
Experience in a public health care system role with stakeholder management exposure in Mexico.
Knowledge of Medical Devices or pharma industry.
