Job Description
Provide support on new products introduction for wafer probe and WLCSP at Mxli, support low yield and material disposition and looking for yield improvement. Keep communication with FAB companies for report low yield and follow up RMA process.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree (Electronic engineering, Mechatronic or similar)
Minimum 4 Years’ experience in the position or similar
English (written/spoken – 95%)
Responsibilities
Introduction of new product to production line
Low yield wafer disposition
RMA process
Support STR wafer probing
Yield improvement & Foundry evaluation.
Skills/Experience
Good communication skills, handle multiple project at the same time, team work
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Statistical data analysis
Microsoft office, Exensio, JMP or any other software for data analysis
